1. Who we are

TempzSoft (“we”, “us”) is a website design and development studio based in India. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit tempzsoft.com, contact us or use our services. It is written in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

2. What we collect

Information you give us when you fill in a form (the Contact page or “Any other business”), email us or call us:

• your name;
• your email address and/or phone number;
• your business name and type;
• what you need and anything you write in your message.

Information collected automatically when you send a form: your IP address, browser type, the page you sent it from and the date and time. We use this only to prevent spam and abuse and to keep a record of your enquiry.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health, financial or biometric information) through our forms. Please don’t include it in your message.

3. How we use it

We use your information only to:

• reply to your enquiry and send you a quotation;
• provide, support and improve the services you ask us for;
• keep records of our communication with you;
• protect our website against spam, fraud and misuse;
• meet our legal obligations (for example tax and accounting records).

We will not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them, and we never sell your personal information.

The legal basis is your consent — given when you send us a form or contact us — and our legitimate need to respond to and serve the people who contact us. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights).

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only with trusted providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

• Hosting and email — our website and email are hosted with a reputable hosting provider;
• Payment gateways — if you pay us online, the payment is processed by the gateway (for example Razorpay), under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details;
• Authorities — if required by Indian law, a court order or a government authority.

Each provider is required to keep your information secure and use it only for the service they provide to us.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together plus the period required by law for business and tax records (generally up to 8 years). Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted or anonymised within 24 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to enquiries through a password- and authenticator-protected admin panel, spam protection and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will inform you and the authorities of any personal data breach as required by law.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• access a summary of the personal information we hold about you;
• correct or update it if it is wrong or incomplete;
• delete it, where we no longer need to keep it;
• withdraw consent at any time — this won’t affect anything done before;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity;
• raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.

8. Cookies

tempzsoft.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small technical items (for example, to remember that you have already seen the opening animation during your visit). If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

9. Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Websites we build for clients

When we build or look after a website for a client, the client decides what information their website collects and why — they are responsible for their own privacy policy. We handle that data only on the client’s instructions, keep it confidential and secure, and use it for no other purpose.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
